Good luck in the election. I like your local policies enough though I don’t agree with some of the party ideas (mostly the link with Europe … not a good idea … let it fall down without the UK being involved.

Anyway, I live in Piddington near West Wycombe and I travel to Beaconsfield nearly every day. Along the A40 I have not seen a Labour poster as yet and have only seen two Tory posters. One of these was near the White Horse pub on the A40 and it was a huge poster stating “vote Conservative”. The next day it was taken down after someone sprayed “fxxk this” on it (I censored that word!)

Apart from the other two party posters, I’ve counted 13 Liberal posters along this route up to Loudwater (about 7 miles) which is good news especially as I thought, maybe wrongly, that this area was Tory.

I used to be a Tory voter but have voted Liberal in the last few elections. You have my support for Thursday and I hope a vote for the Liberals will not mean one of the other two major parties getting in again (ie a wasted vote).

Nick Clegg did a great job on TV over the last few weeks and it is time for some form of change and fair play. I just hope the Liberals can do it but I somehow suspect that people may vote Tory on Thursday for two reasons. 1; the Liberals haven’t had much experience in Government for a long time and it needs that to sort out the worse financial crisis since the 30′s (Vince Cable is great though) and, 2; people may still think that a vote for the Liberals would get Labour back in power even though the Polls are looking the best they have been for the Liberals for many years.
