Liberal Democrat Councillors for Bowerdean Chaudhary Ditta & Julia Wassell joined forces with local residents, Police Community Support Officers and the youth offending team to take part in the Big Tidy Up.
Litter was collected from paths, alleyways and a local playing field, enough to fill 3 skips. Residents were also encouraged to leave large items outside for collection and a full lorry load was collected.
Chaudhary Ditta and Julia Wassell would like to thank everyone who ensured the day was a success.
As one resident on the Bucks Free Press website put it
“Well done, Bowerdeaners! There should be more people like you in Wycombe. These things need doing from time to time.”
Your local Liberal Democrat Councillors are also fighting to improve recycling facilities in Bowerdean.
