		<description>Shortly after the end of the Liberal democrat and Labour administration which was voted out in 1999, there was a report in the Bucks Free press that crime in Castlefield had dropped pver the past 4 years by - I think - a staggering 82%.
This of course followed the survey on deprivation, which the Conservatives dammed as expensive (£20,000.  and then the Police, the Social Services and the local health Service each chipped in £5,000, which ensured that the findings were used by them!) 
Sad that the Labour Party doesn&#039;t remember these facts.</description>
